Subsidiaries

The Morphic Group consists of the parent company Morphic Technologies AB (publ) and a number of subsidiary companies.

The parent company has overall responsibility for the Group’s activities in fuel cells, while development, marketing and sales are conducted through three specialized wholly or partially owned subsidiaries: Cell Impact AB, AccaGen S.A. and Exergy Fuel Cells S.r.l.

The operations within the wind power area are conducted through DynaWind AB and the Cap Gale (earlier Morphic Systems).

Other operating subsidiaries are Aerodyn AB and Finshyttan Hydro AB.
