Haldex Brake Products AB was the first company to select Dynamis’ SensActive material handling system.
SensActive’s functions for Bin-picking will be used in a complete material handling system, integrated into Haldex’ production process. The system will be delivered in autumn 2007.
The order includes total responsibility as system integrator. SensActive’s laser scanner scans transport pallets containing brake parts. The parts are picked by a robot that feeds them to fixtures in a multi-operation machine. In addition to the SensActive Bin Picking system, the order also includes robots and installation, along with safety and CE marking of the entire cell.

Dynamis launched SensActive in autumn 2006 and to date has sold stand-alone systems intended for dimension checking.
