There are three different tracker units: TR01, TR02 and TR03 with a function package for dynamic guidance and position measurement.
The tracker device gives information about the distance to the part to be handled and its lateral position.
Since the tracker continuously feeds data, it can be used to pick up parts which are not fixed. The system offers great advantages in the handling of parts where the distance to the part varies during the handling, or where it is not known beforehand.
The system is used to remove parts from suspended conveyor belts during picking of parts as well as for position measurement during processing.
The system is easy to programme, it is flexible and allows for fast resetting during part changes.
