Since the end of May, all ten wind power turbines have formally been handed over to the four different customers for Wind Farm Vänern.
Wind Farm Vänern, which was officially opened on May 18, is the only lake-based wind farm in the world with an off-shore location, and since its start in 2007 there have been numerous challenges due to the location. However, all parties involved have contributed in a positive way to ensuring that Wind Farm Vänern, as a total commitment, has now been completed and formally delivered to the customers. In the future, close cooperation with the customers will continue through service commitments, etc.

The most recent delivery was made to Gåsungarna AB and was for the Wind power turbines GG6, GG9 and GG10. Signing of the delivery acceptance for the wind power turbines was done by Jan Pettersson and delivery of the wind power turbines to the owners took effect as of May 28, 2010.
Wind Farm Vänern, with a total of 10 wind power turbines, is located in the northern section of Lake Vänern at Gässlingegrund, approximately 7 km south of Skoghall. Each wind power turbine has a rated power of 3 MW.
